A tour designed to cross unique naturalistic locations, but also to immerse oneself in the history of Italy and local traditions. Typical landscapes of the Dolomites, the area of production of some of Italy’s most famous wines such as Prosecco, all while cycling and remaining in close contact with the territory.
During the various stages, we will learn about the history of important Tyrolean mountaineers, the history of the Serenissima Republic of Venice, cross places where the Italian front’s battles took place during World War I, and which also preserve ancient traditions related to the history of Italian cycling. The tour also includes a stop in Austria for a quick visit to the beautiful city of Lienz.

Day at your disposal to explore TRENTO, the capital of Trentino-Alto Adige: it is one of the Italian cities at the forefront of quality of life and environment. The itinerary will follow the ancient Roman road Via Claudia Augusta towards Bolzano: we will discover the history of Val d’Adige and observe the morphology of the territory while exploring the Dolomites.
Upon arrival, free walk in Bolzano: for centuries Bolzano has been the privileged center of commerce between Italy and Germany. Today, the capital of Alto Adige is a cosmopolitan and lively city, cheerful, modern and refined at the same time!

Today we will leave the Val d’Adige and follow the Isarco river, climbing towards the mountains of Alto Adige, up to Bressanone. Then you will be transferred by bus to Brunico (about 35 km). After checking in at your hotel, you can visit the beautiful city and the castle, which houses one of the museums dedicated to the famous climber Reinhold Messner.

Our itinerary will continue through the Val Pusteria, passing through typical mountain villages with castles and “masi” along the ancient Roman road.
Upon arrival in San Candido, after checking into the hotel, it will be possible to visit the DoloMythos Museum, one of the largest museums dedicated to the Dolomites.

Today you will reach the beautiful Austrian city of Lienz by bike. Along the way, we will have the opportunity to take a coffee break at the famous Loacker factory, well-known for its production of wafers. Upon arrival in Lienz, there will be free time to explore the beautiful city center.

We will start our day on a classic bike path, also used for professional competitions and cross-country skiing in winter. We will enter the heart of the Dolomites and admire the peaks and wonderful lakes. Along the way, we will stop to admire the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and retrace part of the front line dating back to the First World War.
Once we arrive in Cortina d’Ampezzo, we will take the cable car to Mount Faloria (the “Pearl of the Dolomites”) to admire the breathtaking scenery.
Cortina, also known as the “Queen of the Dolomites,” will be the location of the 2026 Milan-Cortina Olympics. It is surrounded by the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Monumental peaks such as Il Cristallo, Le Tofane, Cinque Torri, Pomagagnon, and Becco di Mezzodì are among the most beautiful mountains in the world!

After breakfast, you will be transferred by bus to Pieve di Cadore. From there, with your e-bike, you will approach the Po Valley, crossing historical places like Longarone (infamous for the Vajont tragedy) to finally arrive in Belluno. Along the way, we will have the opportunity to taste artisanal gelato, a very typical product of the area.

We will cycle along the beautiful Val Belluna, surrounded by a landscape that is a transition between the Dolomites and the valley. We will reach Feltre, which represents a strong symbol of the presence of the Serenissima Republic of Venice in the area: free time to visit the city. Then you will be transferred by bus to the region of Valdobbiadene.
Before dinner, you will enjoy a welcome aperitif in a typical winery in Valdobbiadene with a glass of Prosecco Superiore DOCG and local specialties.

After visiting the beautiful city of Treviso, we will depart by bike towards Venice following the Sile River, an interesting area not only from a historical perspective, but also from a naturalistic one. We will then take a break in Casier with a good glass of wine and a “cicchetto”. Arrival in Venice-Mestre in the late afternoon.

The Palazzo Ducale was for centuries the seat of Venetian political power. In its splendid rooms, coated and immersed in hundreds of masterpieces of painting, the Doge and his Council controlled the destiny of a republic with a millenary history.
You will relive it together with our guide who will show you the halls of power, immersing you in a very particular historical context, the European Middle Ages and the immediately following centuries. You will be surprised by the rich details of the Golden Staircase, the realism of the scenes depicted by the numerous artists who decorated this building, you will relive the anguish of the prisoners who cross the famous Bridge of Sighs and enter the Venetian prisons, famous for having hosted Giacomo Casanova.
During this walk, our guide will introduce you to the real life of Venetians with anecdotes and real historical events, from the past to the present day. During this unusual tour of Venice, you can immerse yourself in the popular and genuine atmosphere that characterizes the “Baccari”, the small Osterie of Venice. You will feel like a true Venetian during happy hour. Practiced both during the week and on weekends, happy hour in Venice is a moment of socialization and relaxation.
Sipping an aperitif or a good local wine, accompanied by typical “cicchetti” – tasty snacks – the inhabitants of Venice and the nearby mainland meet before dinner. Similar to Spanish tapas, cicchetti are a typical feature of Venice during happy hour, a real specialty of Venetian cuisine, a tasting tour not to be missed during your stay.
THE ISLANDS OF THE LAGOON: MURANO AND BURANO (4 hours)
After 30 minutes of navigation, you will arrive at Murano, where you can visit one of the famous glass factories and watch a demonstration by a master glassmaker. Once the visit to the glassworks is over, you will depart to reach Burano. Burano, the fishermen’s island, is famous for its lace. Going down from the boat, you will find a street full of typical shops, restaurants, and excellent pastry shops where you can buy the famous “Buranelli” biscuits.
